Hays PostA guy used to be arrested in Hays on Sept. 21 for annoyed battery after reportedly choking some other guy till he misplaced awareness.Hays Police Leader Don Scheibler stated that 19-year-old Aiden Amrein used to be arrested and booked into the Ellis County Prison following an altercation with some other guy.Scheibler stated Amrein were given at the again of the alleged sufferer whilst they had been at the floor and positioned him in a chokehold till the sufferer misplaced awareness.Video photos of the combat displays Amrein again and again hanging the subconscious guy within the head. EMS answered to the scene and handled the sufferer, who had swelling on one facet of his face and round his left eye.Amrein fled the scene when police arrived however used to be later apprehended.
