MINNEAPOLIS — A Delta Airways flight made an emergency touchdown on the Minneapolis-St. Paul World Airport on Sunday.

The flight, which departed MSP with a goal vacation spot of Amsterdam, returned to the airport after a mechanical factor with the aircraft’s flaps, in step with a commentary from the airline.
