The Bose SoundLink Flex Bluetooth speaker is a popular choice, retailing around $150 and occasionally going on sale for a lower price. Anker has introduced its own version of the Bose speaker called the Soundcore Motion 300. Despite being a similar size to the Bose speaker, the Motion 300 offers great sound quality for its compact form and is priced at just $80. However, during the presale, you can get it for as low as $65. I have been testing this speaker for the past few days.
Like the SoundLink Flex, the Motion 300 can be placed on the floor with the speaker facing upwards or elevated, as shown in the photo above. It is also IPX7 waterproof and provides up to 13 hours of playback time at low volume. Additionally, the Motion 300 supports Sony’s LDAC audio codec, making it compatible with Android and other devices that support Bluetooth wireless streaming with LDAC.

The speaker includes a bass boost button that enhances the higher frequencies. However, I found that the sound quality without the bass boost was better, as the boosted bass made it feel a bit heavy. The bass may not be strong at higher volumes, which is an area where Bose excels.
But aside from that, the Soundcore Motion 300 is a fantastic mini Bluetooth speaker at a reasonable price, especially at $65. It is available in three different colors.
