Secretary of State Antony Blinken met in Washington with Benny Gantz, a member of Israel’s battle cupboard and a political rival of Israeli Top Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Blinken additionally met with Qatar’s high minister Tuesday to speak about negotiations.
