After 8 long years, Granblue Fantasy Relink is finally playable and has a larger list of characters to add to the post-launch content. With such a big cast, who will Cygames add? Here are our picks. Black Knight and Orchid 
Image via Cygames Apollonia, the Black Knight, plays an important role in the Granblue Fantasy story. Initially, a dangerous enemy working for Erste’s empire and later a complaining partner. Apollonia uses a combination of dark magic and swordsmanship. She is also Eugen’s daughter, with a strong but dramatic relationship between the two. Orchid, not to be confused with Orchis, has a similar relationship to Katerina and Lyria. Orchid can be a lot of fun since they fight using a vertical machine, which traps enemies with toy ropes. Angels are First 
Image via Cygames Angel characters are introduced in the story ‘What Makes the Sky Blue’, starting with the coffee aficionado Sandalphon and the original Primarchs Michael, Raphael, Uriel, and Gabriel. Each of the Primarchs controlled one of the four basic elements before giving up their titles, while Sandalphon ‘borrowed’ all their powers at once. Their fighting styles are varied, with natural flight ability allowing for stealthy movements or hitting large areas with their attacks. There are also several other angels such as Halluel and Malluel, Saruel, or the infamous magnetic Belial, who appeared in Versus not once but twice. The Six Elemental Dragons 
Image via Cygames This group of characters started as pre-game bosses, and each can take on a dragon form as well as a human form. Their personalities are as strong as their strengths, and their high level of interest makes them fun to watch. Implementing the transition between the different types of dragon and decay would be interesting in Relink. Meg, Nicholas, and Robomi 
Image via Cygames Meg and Nicholas are two characters doing very different things as ordinary people in a fantasy world. Meg wanted a beach vacation before the annual Granblue Fantasy Summer event, accompanied by a giant fish that drove her crazy and anxious. Nicholas uses his engineering knowledge to create Sentai suits, super-speed blades, and giant robots to protect his family. Robomi, an ancient robot, can fit into gameplay built around special attacks and mechanical modifications that can play very differently from others.
