Torrential rains around the United Arab Emirates precipitated flight cancellations, pressured faculties to close and taken visitors to a standstill.The heavy rains that led to standard flooding around the wilderness country stemmed in part from cloud seeding. The UAE began cloud seeding operations in 2002 to deal with water safety problems, although the loss of drainage in lots of spaces can cause flooding.
