After missing its 2023 release, developer Shift Up has unveiled a new trailer for its PlayStation 5-only game Stellar Blade, along with a new release date set for April 26, 2024. Revealed during the January 2024 State of Play showcase, the new trailer showcases impressive visuals and fast-paced action gameplay. Stellar Blade State of Play Extended Gameplay TrailerStellar Blade, initially announced in 2019 under the name Project Eve, was originally intended for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. However, it was announced as a PS5 exclusive during the September 2021 State of Play event. Almost a year later, Shift Up released another trailer and blog post, revealing the game’s title and indicating a 2023 release window. Shift Up has previously disclosed that the narrative of Stellar Blade will center on a girl battling against alien monsters known as the NA, who have taken over the world.
