The Phoenix Mills, a real estate developer, has appointed Gautam Srivastava as Director and Head of HR. Srivastava brings 28 years of experience across diverse industries, including hospitality, banking, insurance, and real estate. His core competencies include talent attraction, retention and development, organizational development, HR analytics, performance management, change projects, and leadership development.
Prior to joining The Phoenix Mills, Srivastava held the position of Group Vice President and Head of HR at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts. He has also worked at HDFC ERGO General Insurance, ICG Medical, Max Life Insurance, Barclays, HSBC, Convergys, and GECIS. He began his career as a Management Trainee at ITC Grand Kakatiya Sheraton Hotel in 1995.
