Helldivers 2 developer Arrowhead Game Studios has announced that the recent “quick patch” released on Steam is now also available for PS5. The update aims to address complaints from players regarding gameplay issues and frequent crashes. Additionally, criticisms have been raised about the game’s PC performance and the GameGuard anti-cheat software, as well as concerns about Helldivers 2’s monetization. Game director Mikael Eriksson acknowledged these issues on the game’s Discord channel and revealed that a matchmaking solution is currently being worked on. However, he cautioned that it may take “several days” of testing before the solution is implemented.
