Havells India, a prominent Indian multinational electrical equipment company, has appointed Indraneel Kumar Das as its Joint Vice President of Human Resources.

Prior to joining Havells India, Das served as the AVP and Head of Learning and Organization Development (L&OD) at Byju’s Tuition Centre. He has also worked at Kohler, PepsiCo, and Raymond in the past.
Das brings with him a wealth of experience in various aspects of human resources, including talent management, leadership development, and learning & organization development (L&OD) in industries such as fashion, retail, FMCG, lifestyle consumer durables, and edtech. He has accumulated 20 years of experience in this field.
Das holds a Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Business Administration and Management – HR from IIM Calcutta.
