The International Court of Justice (ICJ), the primary legal body of the United Nations, has delivered its judgment in the case of the Application of the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism and of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Ukraine v. Russian Federation) on January 31, 2024, at the Peace Palace in The Hague, where the Court is based. The session was conducted under the leadership of Judge Joan E. Donoghue, President of the Court.
