AS A CATEGORY ONE STORM. SO IT IS EXPECTED TO INTENSIFY AGAIN BACK TO A HURRICANE AS IT MOVES NORTH. THEN IT WILL BE MOVING RIGHT OVER CENTRAL TEXAS AS WE GO INTO MONDAY AFTERNOON. AND THEN YOU SEE IT CURVES MORE TO THE NORTH NORTHEAST. THE REMNANTS OF IT WILL THEN MOVE INTO THE MIDWEST, BRINGING RAIN FOR THESE FOLKS HERE OUT TOWARDS THE MIDWEST, INCLUDING THE GREAT LAKES REGION. NOW IN TERMS OF THE IMPACTS, WE ARE EXPECTING HEAVY RAIN, DANGEROUS STORM SURGE. THERE ALONG THE SOUTHEAST TEXAS COAST AND IN TERMS OF THE AMOUNT OF RAIN YOU CAN SEE ANYWHERE BETWEEN FIVE TO ALMOST A FOOT OF RAIN, 5IN TO 12IN OF RAIN IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS, RIGHT THERE NEAR ESPECIALLY NEAR MATAGORDA
