Elon Musk’s Neuralink has shifted its incorporation from Delaware to Nevada, following a recent decision by a Delaware judge that invalidated his $56 billion pay package for Tesla.

However, legal experts warn that the incorporation shift for Tesla may face obstacles, especially if it is perceived as a tactic to preserve Musk’s compensation package.
Musk recently announced that Neuralink successfully implanted a brain chip in a human patient, who is reportedly recovering well after the procedure.
Neuralink has not yet responded to a request for comment from Reuters.
