OpenAI has unveiled Dall-E 3, the latest version of its intelligent text editor, on Wednesday. Starting from October, Dall-E 3 will be accessible for ChatGPT Plus and Enterprise customers.
OpenAI announced that this tool will be integrated into its AI chatbot ChatGPT, allowing users to create and edit images with the assistance of ChatGPT.
“When you provide an idea, ChatGPT generates interactive and detailed Dall-E 3 guides that give life to your concept,” explained OpenAI. “If you like an image but it requires some modifications, you can ask ChatGPT to make changes using just a few words.”
OpenAI has also implemented safety measures for Dall-E 3. These measures include rejecting art requests that may harm the public and limiting the tool’s ability to generate violent, extreme, or hateful content.
Developers can also choose to stop using their images for training future AI models.
While Dall-E 3 will be available to ChatGPT Plus and business customers next month, anyone can currently use the free version, Dall-E 2. However, using Dall-E 2 means that ChatGPT cannot assist with image-related queries.
