In comparison, Persona 3 Reload garnered 13,889 day-one players, surpassing the 4,095 players achieved by Persona 3 Portable. Persona 5 Royal’s popularity was fueled by its status as the first Persona game on Xbox since the Xbox 360, and its availability on Xbox Game Pass further widened its reach, potentially leading players to stick with it rather than switching to a new release.
Current data from TrueAchievements shows that Persona 5 Royal remains the most played Persona game in Xbox Game Pass, with 33,729 members engaging in its activities within the first seven days, closely followed by Persona 3 Reload with 30,398 players. Persona 3 Portable attracted 8,893 TrueAchievement players in its debut week, while Persona 5 Strikers and Persona 4 Golden follow with 7,204 and 5,739 players respectively.
