BDx Data Centers, a leading pan Asian data centre and hybrid computing solutions provider, has named Prasheel Pardhe as the Global Head of Human Resources.

Pardhe brings with him 29 years of experience in various HR roles.
Prior to joining BDx Data Centers, Pardhe served as the Chief People Officer at Trantor.
Previously, he worked as the Vice President of HR at Mindgate Solutions; the COE Lead for Talent, Capability & HR Analytics at HCL Technologies; the VP of HR (Talent and Capability) at GoldenSource; the VP of HR at Bennett Coleman and Co Ltd (Times Group); the Head of HR at Reliance Life Sciences; and the Head of HR for the Technology Delivery Centre at Hewitt Associates. He also held positions at Lucent Technologies and Birla Technologies. He began his career at Tata Interactive Systems in 1994.
Pardhe holds an MBA in Human Resources from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and a Certificate Program in Design Thinking from MIT Sloan – Boston.
