President Vladimir Putin mentioned Russia would call for safety promises to imagine talks to finish the conflict in Ukraine, telling a state information company that “realities at the floor” will have to be the foundation of any negotiations.In an interview with RIA Novosti revealed on Wednesday, Putin reiterated Russia’s prepared to get to the bottom of “this battle via non violent method.” Ukraine’s executive has prior to now rejected any deal involving territorial concessions that will praise Putin’s aggression.
