Razer made sure to cater to all audiences at its Razercon event held in September. Alongside the launch of Fujin’s gaming chairs and Huntsman V3 Pro keyboards, the company unveiled a new line of electronics called Aether, as well as updated software. In addition, Razer showcased its limited edition products, including the Blade 16 gaming laptop created in collaboration with Lamborghini, and a chair, headphones, and clothing designed by Dolce and Gabbana.
If you’re a fan of the color orange, the $5,000 Lamborghini Blade is the laptop of your dreams. Packed with power, it features Razer’s 16-inch dual-mode display, Intel Core i9-13950HX, Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090, 32GB memory, and 4TB SSD. The laptop also comes with a modified cooling system and Lamborghini-inspired details. Razer plans to ship 150 units to the US.
The collaboration with Dolce and Gabbana brings a touch of luxury to Razer’s lineup. The products include Barracuda headphones and the Enki Pro chair, with options for 24-carat gold or Razer Chroma branding. Additionally, there are T-shirts, hoodies, and pants available. The chair and headphones will be limited edition, with only 1,337 pieces produced. Pricing details for these items have not been disclosed yet.
For those looking for a gaming chair, Razer now offers two models in the Fujin line: Fujin and Fujin Pro. The Fujin is priced at $649 and the Fujin Pro at $1,049, with the latter set to ship in November. These chairs blend seamlessly into any office setting while providing optimal gaming comfort. The mesh design is resistant to scratches and allows for coordinated seat and back movement during reclining. The basic model comes with a nylon frame, adjustable lumbar support, and adjustable armrests, while the Pro model adds depth adjustment for lumbar support, 4D armrests, and an aluminum alloy frame.
Among the new additions to Razer’s keyboard lineup is the Huntsman V3 Pro series, which includes three models: the standard Pro ($250), Pro TKL ($220), and Pro Mini ($180). These keyboards feature Razer’s Analog Optical Switches Gen-2, allowing for quick activation and customization of settings. The Huntsman V3 Pro keyboards will be available in October.
Razer’s Aether line introduces Chroma smart lighting options, such as the Aether Lamp ($80) and Lamp Pro ($130) that offer different lighting colors. There is also the Aether Light Strip ($130) with a $30 extender, and the Aether Light Bulb ($50). To control the lighting, Razer has launched a new app called Razer Home, which can be integrated with Matter, Alexa, and Google Home. These Aether products are expected to be shipped by the end of the year.
Under the hood, Razer has improved its Synapse software, enhancing performance, stability, and resource management. The redesigned software offers a simplified user experience.
To incorporate artificial intelligence, Razer has added a new feature to its Axon graphics software called Axon Create. This feature generates paper graphics with corresponding lighting schemes based on user input.
