Paul Kerouac is suing Dunkin’ Donuts after he says a bathroom at a Florida outlet exploded whilst he was once doing his trade, leaving him traumatized and lined head-to-toe in poop.
Kerouac mentioned the stomach-turning blast on Jan. 6, 2022, left him “coated with particles, together with human feces and urine,” in step with the lawsuit filed in Florida’s ninth Judicial District on Wednesday.
“Following the explosion of the bathroom plaintiff emerged from the boys’s room and sought the help of workers and executives of [the] defendant’s trade to scrub himself, as he remained coated with human feces and urine after rising from the boys’s room,” the grievance says.
Making issues worse, Kerouac claims that staff on the Orange County espresso store conceded they have been mindful there have been “issues of the bathroom.”

He’s asking the espresso massive to fork over $50,000 and prison charges, claiming that he now “calls for psychological well being care and counseling as an immediate results of the trauma he stories within the restroom at defendant’s development, and from the ongoing trauma following the development.”
Kerouac says the messy mishap left him struggling “physically harm and mental damages,” in addition to “everlasting and important emotional harm, psychological anguish, lack of the capability for the joy of existence, expense of hospital treatment and remedy.”
Officers at Dunkin’ Donuts didn’t instantly reply to a request for remark from The Put up.
