Trader Joe’s, a popular grocery chain, is now aligning itself with Elon Musk’s SpaceX in contesting the constitutionality of the US labor board, which is currently pursuing cases against both companies. During a National Labor Relations Board hearing in Connecticut on Jan. 16, Trader Joe’s legal representative expressed the company’s desire to present a fresh argument in response to accusations of anti-union behavior.
