If you prefer a personalized workout, Apple Fitness Plus offers the option to create your own workout or meditation. Each week, you’ll receive a new workout plan tailored to your preferences, such as workout type, duration, and schedule.
The Stacks feature allows you to save collections of exercises and meditations to your library. This makes it convenient to switch between different exercises without having to navigate through the entire catalog. Additionally, you’ll receive weekly coaching tips to help you stay motivated and develop healthy habits.
Apple has also introduced new collections called “Time to Walk” and “Time to Run.” These collections feature episodes with celebrity guests such as Gloria Estefan and Goldie Hawn. For runners, there’s a guided tour of Florence, Italy led by Coach Sam Sanchez in the “Time to Run” collection.
