Wayfair India has announced the appointment of Mitalee Dabral as the Country HR Leader. Dabral will be based in Bengaluru at the company’s Technology Development Center (TDC) and will report to Rohit Kaila, Head of Technology and Site Leader for Wayfair India.
Dabral brings with her 20 years of HR experience in leading organizations and startups. Prior to joining Wayfair, she worked at ShareChat, where she created and led a high-performing HR team and implemented effective people policies and initiatives.
In addition to Dabral, Wayfair India has appointed Maneesh Agrawal as Head of Cloud Enablement and Reliability Engineering, Senthil Ganapathy as Head of Martech Technology Engineering, Sanjeev Gupta as Head of Global Supplier Technology, Shital Mehta as Technology Architect for Storefront and Data Engineering, and B Prabhakar as Head of Supply Chain Technology.
Rohit Kaila, Head of Technology and Site Leader, Wayfair India, expressed pride in the work carried out by the teams in India and emphasized their role in driving meaningful results for the retail industry. Wayfair’s TDC in Bengaluru, launched in April 2023 under the guidance of Rohit Kaila, has already hired around 130 team members and aims to reach 300 people by the end of Q1 2024.
Wayfair, headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, operates globally and generated $11.9 billion in net revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2023.
