A Waymo self reliant car was once set on hearth Saturday evening after it was once vandalized via a bunch of folks in Chinatown, San Francisco firefighters stated.

The car was once touring on Jackson Boulevard, between Stockton and Grant, about 9:25 p.m. when it was once surrounded via about 10 to fifteen folks, Lt. Mariano Elias with San Francisco hearth stated.

A number of social media movies confirmed a bunch of folks vandalizing the self-driving automotive. Whilst any other video confirmed the Waymo car going up in flames.

A Waymo spokesperson stated the crowd of folks surrounded the auto and began attacking it. The gang tagged the auto, broke the home windows and Waymo advised NBC Bay House that somebody spark off a firework within the driverless car.

Waymo added that the auto was once now not transporting any passengers and no accidents had been reported.
