ALDI is recalling some frozen taquitos after studies emerged of the product containing “attainable overseas subject matter,” the corporate stated this week.
The cut price grocery store chain introduced the recall on Monday.
In a remark, ALDI stated that the product, Casa Mamita Hen & Cheese Taquitos, might include steel.
The recall impacts the 20 ounces. packing containers of Casa Mamita Hen & Cheese Taquitos that experience a UPC code of 4061459337471. The most efficient-by dates of the recalled merchandise are 07/02/25 and 9/25/25.
The product was once dispensed to ALDI places within the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Washington D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, Vermont, Wisconsin and West Virginia.
“ALDI places the security and integrity of the goods it sells first,” the corporate stated in a remark. “If shoppers have merchandise suffering from this recall, they’re recommended to discard it straight away or go back it to their native retailer for a complete refund.”
